We find that in order for your plan to be in conformance with the Regulatory position in Regulatory Guide 1.17 of June 1973, it needs to be revised to incorporate acceptable responses to the additional information identified im Attachment A to this letter.

We request that ydu.. submit within 30 days from the date of this letter your responses to our request for additional information that you will have incorporated in your revised Yankaa's Physical Security Plaa to be implemented is compliance with Sectica 73.40 of 10 CFR Part 73.
