Dear Mr. Gray:
Pursuant to our agreement, I am sending this letter as a semi-annual status report. As we have previously advised the Regulatory Staff and the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board, Omaha Public Power District is a defendant in two lawsuits concerning Fort Calhoun Unit No. 2, one commenced by Nebraska Public Power District, and another by Westinghouse. To date, there has been no settlement or other disposition of the two lawsuits. Accordingly, ;
it is requested that further licensing actica continue to be held in abeyance.
Sincerely, 1
