We have reviewed your submittal and find that the proposed paragraph H does C not fully conform with Sectfon 6 in our Standard Technical Specifications, which we sent you for guidance with our letter of March 26, 1975. The specific areas of difference which have been discussed between our staffs on September 16, 1975, include the following:

1. De needed modification of your proposed Specification 6.5.2.2, [t involving either identification of position titles or specifying minimum qualifications of the person assigned to the Nuclear Safety h Audit and Review Committee; *

2. W e needed revisions of your proposed Specifications 6.5.2.7, c.
