Pursuant to Section 50.59 of the Commission's Regulations, Yankee Atomic Electric Company hereby requests to make the following changes:
i PROPOSED CHANGE: Reference is made to the Technical Specifications, Appendix A of the reference license. We propose to amend these Speci-i fications to incorporate an Administrative Control section.
REASON FOR CHANGE: The purpose of this change is to cceply with nuclear Regulatory Commission letter to Yankee Atomic Electric Company, dated March 26, 1975 which requested the Company to submit an application for amendment to its license that would change the Technical Specifications relative to Administrative Controls so as to be in conformance with the requirements in the Standardized Technical Specifications.

This-Table is now included in the new Administrative Controls, Paragraph "H".
This table was added to the Technical Specifications by the AEC in a letter from D. J. Skovholt dated August-16, 1973 and entitled Change.109.

Attachment A, the proposed Administrative. Controls differs in several respects from the Standard Technical Specifications.
Attachment B justifies these differences.
5.
For convenience in incorporating these Administrative Controls in our proposed Technical Specifications currently under review,' Reference 3, we have retained the numbering system used in the Standard Technical Specifications.
SAFETY CONSIDERATIONS: This proposed change revises the existing Adminis-trative Controls Technical Specifications to be consistent with the Commission's Standard Administrative Controls Technical Specifications and therefore it does not endanger the health and safety of the public.
This proposed change has been reviewed by the Nuclear Safety Audit and Review Committee.
SCHEDULE OF CHANGE:.This change will be implemented upon Commission approval.
