License No. DPR-3 for the Yankee Nuclear Power Statior. (Yankee-Rowe).

The amendment includes Change No.123 to the Technical Specifications

-and is in response to your request dated Aumst 13, 197S, and supplements dated November 3, 1975.

This amendnent replaces descriptive pages in Sections 209, 216 and 228 of the Final llazards Summary Report which is incorporated in the Technical Specifications appended to Operating Licenso No. DPR-3. The

. replacement pages modify the plant exhaust air. systems including the installation of filters for rem'ving radioactivo particulates and iodi.o in the exhaust air. u -

Copies of the related Safety Evaluation and the Federal Register
