We have reviewed the proposed change in the radioactive waste d-disposal system and have found that addition of a tubular evaporator reboiler, a cyclone separator and a reboiler cir-culating pump while maintaining the existing electrode evaporator shell and piping connections but' disconnecting all electrical connections to the evaporator and isolating the present aceansilation vent condenser and scrubber system does not present significant hazards considerations not described or implicit in the license application as amended to June 23, 1961, r.nd that there is reasonable cesurance that the health p" and cafety of the public will not be cndcngcred by operation of the facility as proposed.
