We have reviewed the proposed change in the radioactive waste ,

disposal system. We have found that the change would not ~~

l present significant hazards consideratious not described or implicit in the license application as amended to June 23, 15:1, and that thoro is reasontble ascurcnce that the health and safety of the public will not be endancered by operation of the facility as proposed.
