Oyster Creek Station #1 Docket flo. 50-219 OPERATION SLMGRY DECEMBER 1979 At the beginning of the reporting period the plant was operating at lcss than rated output due to the burnout of nuclear fuel. Plant output ccntinued to decrease throughout the month. There were no other reductions in output from operational events.
Three Reportable occurrences were identified during the nonth.
R.O.#79-43 was identified on December 28, when Reactor Building to Suppression Chamber vacutrn breaker V-26-16 failed to open during a surveillance test.
R.O.#79-44 was identified on December 19, when Reactor Building to Suppression Chamber vacuum breaker V-26-17 was found to be blocked frcrn fully opening.
N.R.E.O.R.#79-08 occurred on December 28, when Dilution Pump #2 tripped and could not be restarted within the 15 minutes allcred.
