Dear Mr. Chitwood:
By letter of September 18, 1968, as amended October 25, 1968, General Electric requested AEC Specific Licensing for the GE Shielded Container -
Model 100. As a consequence of discussions with your staff, General Electric *nereby amends its application with a co=pletely superseding Section 5.1.5.
Accordingly, page 17 of the application is revised with a new Section 5.1.5, dated December 19, 1968. All other conditions remain the same.
Additionally, General Electric desires to include in all previous applications, in the package evaluation section (General), the following s ta teme nt :
A lock wire and seal of a type that =ust be broken if the package is opened is affixed to the cask closure device.
