We have reviewed your letters dated October 5,1978 and November 6,1978 concerning changes to the security plan for the Pilgrim Station, submitted in compliance with 10 CFR 50.54(p). We concur with your finding that these changes do not decrease the effectiveness of the <

l security plan for the Pilgrim Station.

l Accordingly, the approved security plan dated March 1971 for the Pilgrim Station now consists of the following submittals in addition to those identified in our letter dated March 7,1977:

l March 28,1977 October 5,1978 November 6,1978 .

l The referenced submittals contain proprietary information and are being withheld from pubite disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR Section 2.790(d).
