The Honorable Robert Straub September 14, 1978 Page Two I have no doubt that if the application is rejected, the applicants will appeal to the Oregon Supreme Court.
If the site certificate is issued, the intervenors will appeal to the Oregon Supreme Court.
This will add at least five or six months to the process and nothing will be " final" until the appeal prccess is finished.
I should state that I consider the above-described schedule an optimistic one and many of the participants in the proceeding also consider these dates quite optimistic.
