DOCKET NOS. 50-445 AND 50-446 6.9KV SWITCHGEAR INSTALLATION SDAR:
CP-87-03 (SUPPLEMENTAL REPORT)
Gentlemen:
On March 16, 1987, we notified you by our letter logged TXX-6334 of a reportable deficiency involving the installation of the safety-related 6.9KV Switchgear on structural embedments which were not level. Our latest report on this issue, logged TXX-6944, was submitted November 20, 1987.
This is a supplemental report submitted to status corrective actions implemented to date.
Currently, the 6.9KV Switchgear installation is complete and the associated cabies have been reterminated.
Testing for the switchgear has been rescheduled for completion by March 20, 1989.
The replacement of the jackshaf ts has been rescheduled for completion by March 31, 1988.
Accordingly, final supporting documentation will be_available for your inspectors to review at the CPSES Project site after May 20, 1989.
