An application dated November 12, 1987, was filed with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (NRR). This application submitted Cycle 7 Reload Safety Evaluation Report for the Beaver Valley Power Station Unit No. I which we understand will require NRR review of the design differences from Cycle 6 reload.
The fee required pur',uant to 10 CFR 170 was not remittad wPh ~mtr application. Thererore, it is requested that you remit the application fee of $150 for your November 12 request. A bill will be issued for any additional costs for the review of your 6pplication in accordance with 10 CFR 170.12(c) and 170.21.
