Reference:
NRC Letter dated October 15, 1987 from Paul Shemanski to L. D. Butterfield regarding 10CFR 73:55 Amendments.
Enclosed is the original and three (3) copies of Revision 28 of the Security Plan for LaSalle Nuclea, Power Station.
All amendment items will be implemented upon receipt of the NRC approval notification with the following exceptions:
A)
Manual logging when card key access is not functional - Implemented within 180 days af ter NRC approval.
B)
Revocation of f ar,ility access badges and other entry devices prior to or simultaneously upon notification of termination - Implemented within 180 days after NRC approval.
We have concluded that these changes do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the plan.
These enclosures contain Safeguards Information which must be protected from public disclosure pursuant to 10CFR 73.21.
