This review and revision to the two Suitattlity, Training and Qualification Plans was completed prior to January 5, 1988 as committed to per telecon between NRC and personnel and Consuaers Power Company Property Protection personnel.
Consumers Power Company has determined these changes do not degrade the safeguards effectiveness of the respective plants and therefore submit these changes ulcer the provision of 10CFR50.54(p).
