This procedure snall become effective October 15, 1981.

Information services computer program containing Class IE Qualification Master List.
Provides full format and/or taoular outputs and sorts by system, component, location, manufacturer, etc. as needed.
3.2 Refer to "Glossary of Terms" used in Technical Functions Procedures.
4.0 RIOU I REME NTS 4.1 Criteria A Project Criteria Document (PCD) shall be estaolisned (refer to EP-014) by the Environmental Qualification Section for each nuclear station.
Tnis criteria document shall identify the governing regulatory references, reference the equipment to be qualified, define tne environmental qualification reqairements for tne equip-ment, define tne environment (s), and identify the docu-mentation requirements.
Typical qualification categories incluoed witnin tne project design criteria documents are:

4.2.2 Establisn the environmental qualification requirements for each master list component.
4.2.3 Accumulate available environmental qualification data for each master list item.
4.2.4 Participate in industry-wide environmental qualifica-tion programs such as Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI) activities and others.
4.2.5 Qualification of new equipment.
4.2.6 Establish and maintain a permanent central file.
4.2.7 Perform age related surveillance evaluations.
4.2.8 Provide input as required to establish replacement schedules.
4.2.9 Provide criteria for environmental qualification main-tenance procedures and records.
4.2.10 The Equipment Qualifications Group shall be responsible for addressing and resolving 111 questions related to equipment environmental cualifications.
4.3 General Requirements for Otner Div i s io n,s 4.3.1 Establish replacement senedule on equipment qualified for less than 40 years.
4.3.2 Review and maintain spare parts storage environmental qualification status.

4.3.4 Establish an on-going program to review the plant sur-veillance and maintenance records in order to identify equipment degradation whien may be age related.
4.4 Environmental Qualification Files 4.4.1 Master List Environmental Qualification shall maintain a current master list which includes Important to Safety (ITS) equipment (refer to ES-011).
