In accordance with your application dated November 12, 1987 (subnitted by letter dated December 3, 1987), and pursuant to Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 70, Materials License No. SNM-1277 is hereby amended to recognize the new corporate ownership. Accordingly, Condition 9 is amended to include the date of November 12, 1987.

All other conditions of this license shall remain the same.
