Dear Dr. Glenn:
This letter is to notify you that Exxon Research and Engineering Company requests termination of its special nuclear materials license number SNM-1543. This license is scheduled to expire on August 31, 1985.
Enclosed are two completed copies of NRC form 314, attesting to our disposal of all relevant materials.
In addition, we are also enclosir.g the results of our radiation survey of applicable workplace areas. This survey was conducted in accordance with NRC " Guidelines for Decontamination of Facilities and Equipment Prior to Release for Unrestricted Use or Termination of Licenses for Byproduct Source, or Special Nuclear Material."
