OPA LFMB The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No.lll to Facility Operating License No. NPF-1 for the Trojan Nuclear Plant. The amendment consists of changes to the Technical Specifications in response to your application dated October 11, 1985.
j The amendment revises the Technical Specifications to clarify the surveilTance requirements for the Containment Ventilation Isolation System (Section 4.9.9) by specifying which nonitoring channels must be included in the system operability test.
A copy of the related Safety Evaluation is also enclosed. The notice of issuance will be included in the Commission's next regular bi-weekly Federal Register notice.
