Rossi The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No.95 to Facility Operating License No. DPR-39 and Anendment No. 85to Facility Operating Licenso No. DPR-48 for the Zion Nuclear Power Station, Unit Nos. I and 2, respectively. The amendments consist of changes to the Technical Specifications in response to your application transmitted by telecopy dated February 24, 1986.

These amendments revise the nuclear instrumentation system positive and negative rate trip setpoints from 15 percent is 5 seconds to i 5 percent in 2 seconds.

A copy of the related Safety Evaluation is enclosed. A Notice of Issuance will be included in the Commission's next regular bi-weekly Federal Register notice.
