This refers to the roetine safety inspection conducted by Mr. D. L. Williams
of this office on Janua.v 27, through February 7, 1986, of activities at
Palisades Nuclear Generat:ng Plant authorized by NRC Operating License
No. DPR-20 and to the discussion of our findings'with Mr. R. Feneck at the.
conclusion of the inspection.

the inspection. Within these areas, the inspection consisted of a selective

examination of procedures and representative records, observations, and
interviews with personnel.
