L. J. Prividy of this office on January 6 - February 10, 1986 at the Beaver Valley
Power Station, Unit 2, Shippingport, Pennsylvania of activities authorized by NRC
License No. CPPR-105 and to the discussions of our findings held by Mr. Walton with
Mr. Ewing and other members of your staff at the conclusion of the inspection.
Areas examined during this inspection are described in the NRC Region I Inspection
Report which is enc'osed with this letter. Within these areas, the inspection
consisted of selective examinations of procedures and representative records, in-
terviews with personnel, and observations by the inspector.
Within the scope of this inspection, no violations were observed. However, several
areas of concern were identif u d which are listed in the report results.
