Dear Mr. Farrar:

LFMB The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No. 94 to Facility Operating License No. DPR-39 and Amendment No.g4 to Facility Operating License tio, DPR-48 for the Zion Nuclear Power Station Unit Nos. I and 2, respectively. The amendments consist of changes to the Technical Specifications in response to your application transmitted by letter dated July 12, 1985, and supplemented July 26 August 2 and 7, 1985.

These amendments would raise the enrichment limits to approximately 3.7 w/o for the spent fuel pool and 4.0 w/o for the new fuel vault.

A copy of the related Safety Evaluation is enclosed. A Notice of Issuance will be included in the Comission's next regular bi-weekly Federal Register notice.
