I As a result of the inspection conducted on July 21-22,1992, and in accordance with the l " General Statement of Policy and Procedure for NRC Enforcement Actions," 10 CFR Part 2, Appendix C (Enforcement Policy) (1992), the following violation was identified:

l Contraq to the above, on July 22,1992, the inspector's review of the Detex clock records for the first 2-week period in January 1992, determined several instances in which the Eastman Kodak security police did not conduct the required secunty check j at the CFX Facility at the required frequency.
