Certification of the Proposed Final Draft Technical Specifications for Catawba Unit 2 Enclosed is one copy of the proposed Final Draft Technical Specificatians for Catawba Nuclear Station, Unit 2.
As you-have requested, these Unit 2 Technical Specifications were combined with Catawba Unit 1 Technical Specifications. You are requested to review them and certify under oath and affirmation, by February 12, 1986, that to the best of your knowledge they accurately reflect the as-built condition of the facility, the Catawba Final Safety Analysis Report (as amended), other related documentation and the Safety Evaluation Report.
In addition, please provide a detailed description of the resources and process used to review and certify these Technical Specifications. Any proposed changes l
to the enclosed Final Draft should be identified in your response.
