SUMMARY

OF PLANT OPERATIONS The reactor. operated at approximately 92% of full power from December-1 through December 4, 1985. -On December 5, 1985, at 1711 hours0.0198 days
0.475 hours
0.00283 weeks
6.510355e-4 months
, the reactor tripped on high reactor coolant system pressure. The reactor.was placed in a hot shutdown condition and) remained'there through December 11, 1985, while control, system maintenanch was performed. On December 12, 1985, the reactor was taken critical and,the 220 KV breakers were closed at 1616 hours0.0187 days
0.449 hours
0.00267 weeks
6.14888e-4 months
to bring the plant on line. During the December 12-14, 1985 period the power was leveled at 10, 30 and 75 percent while control system tuning

,b was performed. On December 15, 1985 through December 21, 1985, the reactor operated at approximately 100 percent power. At 1713 hours0.0198 days
0.476 hours
0.00283 weeks
6.517965e-4 months
on December 22, 1985, the reactor was manually tripped and brought to hot shutdown to repair a leaking pressurizer sampling isolation valve. Following the repair, the plant was brought critical and placed on line at 2213 hours0.0256 days
0.615 hours
0.00366 weeks
8.420465e-4 months
on December 24, 1985. The plant tripped at 76. percent power on December 26, 1985 at 0415 i, hours and was brought to a cold shutdown condition for the remainder of the month.
