Your Company is due a refund of $300 for the following overpayments:

1. Check No. 913949 dated August 13, 1985 in the amount of $150. This check was received in payment of a $150 application fee for your 4

January 29, 1985 request for extension for environmental qualification of electrical equipaent. However, Check No. 895937 dated March 19, 1985 in the amount of $150 was also recieved for the January 29, 1985 application.

2. Check No. 918257 dated September 9,1985 for an application to be filed at a future date.

If you wish to be given credit for the $300 in application fees, you need 4

only reference the above listed check numbers in future applications and i we will apply the fee accordingly. Please advise us whether you wish to be given credit for the two $150 application fees or if you wish us to make a refund to your Company.
