Nichols The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No. 96 to Facility Operating License No. DPR-39 and Amendment No. 86 to Facility Operating License No. DPR-48 for the Zion Nuclear Power Station, Unit Nos. I and 2, respectively. The amendments consist of changes to the Technical Specifications in response to your application transmitted by letter dated February 16, 1979, supplemented June 25, October 7 and November 27, 1985.
These amendments would bring the radiological effluent Technical Specifications in compliance with Appendix I of 10 CFR Part 50.
A copy of the related Safety Evaluation is enclosed. A Notice of Issuance will be included in the Commission's next regular bi-weekly Federal Register notice.
