Your response was evaluated for compliance to the staff's positicns delineated in Generic Letter 83-28 for Action Items 3.1.1, 3.1.2, 3.2.1, 3.2.2, and 4.5.1.

Your responses were found to be acceptable for Items 3.1.1. and 4.5.1.

Your responses were found to be incomplete for items 3.1.2, 3.2.1 and 3.2.2.

Descriptions of the deficiencies are discussed in greater detail in Section III of the enclosed Interim Safety Evaluation and in the enclosed Request for Additional Information. You are requested to respond to this request according to the commitments made in your letter dated November 7,1983, or, if the committed dates cannot be met, a request for extension of time with justification is requested.

This request for information affects fewer than ten respondents; therefore, OMB clearance is not required under P.L.96-511.
