SEQUOYAH PRESSURIZER DRAINDOWN -Forwarded The attached e-mailis Paul Blanch's comments on TVA's evaluation of the March 24 pressurizer draindown event. I disagree with Blanch's conclusion that TVA failed to identify the root cause. Maybe they stated it in different words but it appears to me that TVA is saying the same thing that Blanch is. This event is to be discussed in the OR events briefing this Wednesday (May 7).
