OL REVIEW MANAGEMENT REPORT We have reviewed the report enclosed with your memorandum of March 7,198'5, and suggest updates and corrections for Shoreham and Limerick. On Shoreham, we are still evaluating the concern regarding the ability of isolation valves in the HPCI, RCIC and RWCU lines to close under blowdown conditions. We have reviewed the PRA aspects of this problem and are awaiting information from the applicant to complete our review.

To resolve this problem, the applicant must I

provide justification that the valves will be operable under blowdown conditions.

t We believe the evaluation of this concern should be added to the report. The report for Limerick notes that the ACRS recomended Limerick receive special attention in tne NRC staff's consideration of USI A-17, Systems Interaction.

I This recomendation has been addressed in a memorandum from W. J. Dircks to R. F. Fraley dated February 12, 1985 (enclosed). We believe this staff. response to the ACRS recomendation should be added to the report.
