ORDER (Amending Protective Order)
In accordance with the telephone conference discussion of December 17, 1984, the Board's protective order of December 7, 1984 is amended by adding the following sentence after the word " order." on page 2, line 4:
Neither Mr. Eddleman nor the Applicants shall make any statement about the settlement agreement, ex-cept that (1) such an agreement exists,(2) Mr. Van Vo received a money payment for executing the agreement, or(3)theagreementprovidefthatonlyaportionofthe agreement may be made public.
