l On December 10, 1985, Revision 2 of the approved Nine Mile Point Nuclear Station Unit #2 Security Plan for Special Nuclear Material of Low Strategic Significance was submitted in accordance with the provisions of 10CFR 70.32(e).

It is requested that the enclosures to this letter be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to Paragraph 2.790(d) of 10CFR Part 2, " Rules of Practice for Domestic Licensing Proceedings."
