Subject: Resident Inspection 50-213/84-14
This routine inspection of the Haddam Neck Plant covered the preparation and im-
plementation of the Cycle XII/XIII refueling and maintenance outage, and included
the recovery from the August 21, 1984 refueling cavity seal failure.
The inspection identified violations relative to the operability of plant fire

barriers and to the implementation of your program for review and approval of
