On January 23, 1986, the Board and parties participated in a telephcre conference call to discuss dates for the reopened hearing on Eddleman Contention 57-C-3 called for by the Board's Order of January 16, 1986.

This Order confirms the dates established and sets the place r

for hearing.

All of the above dates apply to all parties, subject to the possibility of a change for good cause shown. The Board regards the March 4 hearing I

date as firm and not subject to change except for extraordinary cause.

The hearing will be held at the Holiday Inn Downtown, 320 i

Hillsborough Street, Raleigh, NC 27602 (Phone no. (919) 832-0501) on March 4, 1986, beginning at 8:30 a.m.

Note that this Holiday Inn is downtown and not the same Holiday Inn as the last hearing.

l The discovery dispute between Mr. Eddleman and FEMA will be resolved in a further telephone conference in the near future.
