Case Study Report - Operating Experience Related to Hof sture Intrusion in Electrical Equipaent at Commercial Power Reactors Following resolution of peer review coments, we have completed the enclosed study of moisture intrusion in electrical equipaent at comerical power reactors.
The report provides:
(1) a review of the operating events related to moisture intrusion in electrical equipment at comercial power reactors; (2) en analysis and evaluation of these operating events; and (3) recomenda-tions that, if inplemented, could reduce or prevent nost of the failures reported.
The recommendations contained in this report are under review within the Huclear Regulatory Comission. Tne. report is being forwarded for your infomation and use as you deem appropriate.
