This refers to yoer letter dated April 5,1984, for an amendment to l Certificate of Compiiance No. 9853.

We received your checa for $150. The Licensing staff, however, has classified your request as requiring a minor amendment. Therefore, a minor amendment fee of $350 is required as specified in Section 170.31 (llD) of 10 CFR 170, copy enclosed. Payment of the additional $200 should be made to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission and mailed to my attention.  ;

Your application will be sent to the Licensing staff for processing upon receipt of the additional fee. .
