Beaver Valley Unit 1 By letter dated November 4,1983 you responded to our Generic Letter 83-28 which addressed actions to be taken by all licensees as a result of the Salem ATWS events.
We have reviewed your submittal in regard to Items 3.1.3 and 3.2.3, and found your response acceptable. Details of our review may be found in the enclosed Safety Evaluation and Technical Evaluation Report (TER).
This completes our work n the subject issues.
