By letter dated December 21, 1983 to the NRC Staff, Carolina Power and Light announced its decision to cancel Unit 2 of the Shearon Harris facility.
Accordingly, this proceeding is terminated as to Unit 2, effective December 21, 1983.
This order is entered on the Board's own motien for administrative purposes, including the calculation of fees payable to the NRC.
This order has no effect on any contention before the Board.
