This is in response to your letter dated July 2,1985, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (F0IA), access to all training manuals and other technical references and instructional documents used at the NRC Training Center.
On August 2,1985, Mr. Frank W. Karas of my staff informed you that some training manuals were already available for public inspection and copying at i the NRC's Public Document Room (PDR), 1717 H Street, NW, Washington, DC, in PDR folder F01A-84-317 (BELL).
