ORDER Oral argument on the appeal of the joint intervenors, conservation Council of North Carolina and Wolls Eddleman,

'from the Licensing Board's August 20, 1985 Partial Initial Decision will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, February 5, 1986, in the NRC Public Itearing Room, Fifth Floor, East-West Towers Building, 4350 East-West Highway, Bethesda, Maryland. Each side is allotted a total of forty-five-minutes for the presentation of argument. The appellants will be heard first'and may reserve a reasonable portion of their time for rebuttal.

Weh party is to inform the Secretary to this Board, by letter mailed no later than January 24, 1986, of the name of the' counsel who will prosent argument on its behalf.
