On August 27, 1985, the Comission issued Amendments 90 and 80 to Facility Operating License Nos. DPR-39 and DPR-48, respectively. By letter dated September 10, 1985 Commonwealth Edison Company had notified us that your request for the Amendment inadvertently omitted deletion of page 217a of Zion's Technical Specifications. Page 217a does not serve any function and should be deleted because it simply repeats a surveillance requirement that appears now on page 218.
