This refers to the routine safety inspection conducted by Peter C. Wen of this
office on November 1 - 6, 1985 at Calvert Cliffs Unit 2, Lusby, Maryland, of
activities authorized by NRC and to the discussions of our findings held by
Mr. Wen with Mr. L. B. Russell at the conclusion of the inspection.
Areas examined during this inspection are described i.1 the NRC Region I
Inspection Report which is enclosed with this letter. .Wfthin these areas, the
inspection consisted of selective examinations of p.accdtres and representative
records, interviews with personnel, and observations by the inspector.
Within the scope of this inspection, no violationt were observed.
