Dear Mr. Anderson:
This letter confirms the telephone conversation between Mr. D. Kunsemiller of your staff and Mr. K. Landis of the NRC on April 8, 1997, concerning a meeting on Engineering - Extent of Condition requested by the NRC.
The meeting is being scheduled for May 8, 1997, from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m.
The location of the meeting will be at the NRC Region II office at 61 Forsyth Street, S. W., Suite 24T20. Atlanta, Georgia, in the 24th Floor Main Conference Room.
This meeting is an open meeting as per " Staff Meetings Open j
to the Public: Final Policy Statement" (September 20, 1994. 59 FR 48340).
