ROUTINE INSPECTION OF THE NORTHEAST OHIO REGIONAL SEWER DISTRICT SOUTHERLY WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT (REPORT NO. 999-90003/96001(DNMS))
Dear Mr. Odeal:
This refers to the routine inspection conducted by Mr. David Nelson on October 11, 1996, Wastewater Treatment Plant.at the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District Southerly The purpose of the inspection was to determine whether activities at the site were conducted safely and in accordance with NRC requirements.
The enclosed copy of our inspection report identifies the areas examined during the inspection.
Within these areas, the inspection consisted of cbservations made during a tour of the South Fill Area located south of the i
Southerly Wastewater Treatment Plant and interviews with Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District and B. Koh and Associates, Inc., personnel.
No violations of HRC requirements were identified during this inspection.
