This refers to the inspection conducted by Ms. G. M. Temple, Team Leader, and
other hTC team members of this office on September 27, 28 and September 30 -
October 4,1985, of activities authorized by h3C License No. NPF-34 and
Construction Permit No. CPPR-142, and to the discussion of our findings held
by Ms. Temple with Messrs. M. DeMichele and E. E. Van Brunt and other members
of your staff at the conclusion of the inspection.
Areas examined during this inspection are described in the enclosed inspection
report. Within these creas, the inspection consisted of selective
examinations of procedures and representative records, interviews with
o
personnel, and observations by the inspectors.
No significant deficiencies or violations of NRC requirements were identified
within the scope of this inspection.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790(a), a copy of this letter and the enclosure
will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
