SUBJECT: NRC INSPECTION REPORT 50-361/97-05; 50-362/97-05 AND NOTICE OF
VIOLATION (CORRECTION)

The subject report, forwarded to you in our letter dated April 15,1997, contained an
inadvertent omission in Section E8.2, regarding Licensee Event Report 361/97003-00.
'
Specifically, this section did not identify that a noncited violation had been identified for
the event reported in Licensee Event Report 361/97003-00. The noncited violation was
discussed in the exit meeting on April 9,1997, and in the executive summary for the
inspection report.
We have revised the text in Section E8.2 and the listing of " Items Opened and Closed" in
the attachment. The revised pages are provided as an attachment to this letter. Please
replace the affected pages in Inspection Report 50-361/97-05;50-362/97-05 with the
enclosed corrected pages.
We apologize for the inconvenience.
