SUBJECT:

INITIAL SELECTION 0F BALANCE OF PLANT EQUIPMENT FOR PVORT AND SORT AUDITS - SEABROOK STATION Enclosure 1 is the initial selection by the Pump and Valve Operability Review Team (PV0RT) of equipment supplied by the Balance of Plant vendor (B0P).

Enclosure 2 is the initial selection by the Seismic Qualification Review Team (SQRT) of equipment supplied by the B0P. Enclosures 3 and 4 are the initial selections by the PVORT AND SQRT of equipment supplied by the Nuclear Steam Supply System (NSSS) based on the Public Service Company of New Hampsire (PSNH) supplied NSSS short foms.

In addition to supplying the NSSS short forms, PSNH has committed to provide completed long forms by October 25, 1985 for all NSSS and B0P equipment initially selected by PVORT and SQRT. PSNH also committed to provide with the PV0RT long forns the corresponding P&ID's for each item of equipment initially selected.

The PV0RT and SQRT audits are scheduled for November 4-8, 1985. PSNH must meet the above commitment date in order for PV0RT and SORT to support the scheduled audits.
