OPA LHarmon Enclosed is a copy of a " Notice of Consideration of Issuance of Amendments to Facility Operating Licenses and Opportunity for Prior Hearing" for your information. This notice relates to your December 22, 1983 and March 26, 1984 applications, as supplemented by your letters dated March 21, 1985 and August 9,1985, for a revision to the Appendix A Technical Specifications for Calvert Cliffs Units 1 and 2 to allow the use of a 4-inch post-accident hydrogen purge line for containment purge during normal operation.
The notice, which affords an opportunity for hearing, has been forwarded to the Office of the Federal Register for publication.
