The Broad Scope License (29-05218-28) and Special Nuclear Materials Ucense (SNM 314) were due t on January 31,1995. These were extended with a timely filed notice dated December 22,1994. (Control Nos.

The scaled source licenses 29-05218-30,31 are due to expire on March 31,1995. Ucense 2945218-29is due to expire on February 28,1998. Please terminate these licenses upon renewal of the Broad Scope Ucense th includes these materials.
